In our tutorials we only use products that are food safe and non-toxic.
Occasionally knifes, or specialist cake decorating equipment and tools are used. Minors following tutorials must have the consent of their parent or guardian and be supervised at all times. Cake Decorating TV Ltd will not be held liable for any accident that may arise from following our tutorials - either video or downloaded material.
Computer Internet Requirements
For your enjoyment we suggest a minimum internet speed of 2Mbits and recommend the following web browsers: Microsoft Edge, Safari, Chrome.
Other browsers may work fine, however we would suggest not using Firefox due to a few known glitches. The quality of the videos are determined by your internet connection and device you are using. You may notice after the first 10 seconds the quality adjusts automatically - with a good connection you will receive full HD video!
Your Subscription / Membership
Your subscription starts on completion of your direct debit or Paypal set-up and will continue until cancelled. Your details are private to you and can only be used on one device at any one time (tablet, computer or smart-phone). We don't mind members of your family using your subscription as long as you all reside at the same address. However you may not transfer such permission to a third party or allow other non-family members to use your subscription.
Gift subscriptions are a lovely way to treat a friend or relative. You have the option to purchase a 6 or 12 month subscription. You can email the lucky recipient or print out the gift voucher, place in a card or present. We do not send out vouchers in the post.

The minimum age you can register as a paid member of our site is 18 years old. Payment is taken at the beginning of the subscription period. All payments are in pounds sterling GBP. We will notify paying members of any future subscriptions rises well in advance of their next payment.
You may cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account area and deactivating your subscription. We will not make refunds for any part subscription remaining, for example: if you cancelled halfway through your subscription we cannot refund the remaining half.
Cake Decorating TV Ltd, also reserve the right to cancel any subscription without notice. If we do this we will return any outstanding funds for the remaining part of the subscription.
